Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with Valcarce Architects' vision and goals.
• Conduct research on the local market to identify potential clients and partners.
• Maintain and update our business development pipeline, reporting progress to the Dubai Director and the Business Development team in Vietnam.
• Lead the preparation of bids, proposals, and tender documents in response to RFPs and client requests.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of our CRM database.
